As a Registered Dietitian, Erin Ostler has provided individual and group nutrition counselling in a variety of settings including acute care, community health in the homecare and out-patient setting, private practice, and long term care. These opportunities has given her experience in a variety of areas including: sports nutrition, health optimization, heart health, diabetes, gut health, disordered eating, pediatrics,  oncology and vegetarianism.

Erin takes a holistic approach to help clients improve their lifestyle and relationship with food through intuitive eating and weight inclusive wellness. She understands everyone’s body is different and deserves a personalized counselling approach unique to their needs. Using evidence-based practice she enjoys collaborating with clients, working as a team to find what works best and will lead to long-term lifestyle changes.

Erin received a Bachelor of Sciences in Nutritional Science from McGill University. She completed her Dietetic internships at the Montreal General Hospital, St. Mary’s Hospital (Montreal), the Royal Victoria Hospital (Montreal), as well as the McGill Sports Medicine Clinic. She is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario and Dietitians of Canada.
