Laura is a physiotherapist who graduated with a Bachelors and a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from Queen's University prior to earning her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto.

 

Throughout her many years of study, Laura always balanced time in the books with time in the gym, at the yoga studio or on the local trails. She has been doing CrossFit for 7 years, developing a wide variety of skills in gymnastics, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics and endurance training.

 

She is endlessly fascinated by how strong, resilient and adaptive the human body can be, and is most passionate about helping people engage in the activities they find most fulfilling.

Laura is currently on maternity leave but we hope to see her back in 2022!
